A practical checklist

  1. Describe the business goal, target users and proposed software.
  2. Define pages or modules, integrations, supported devices and acceptance criteria.
  3. Separate discovery, design, implementation, review and handover milestones. State the client inputs required at each stage.
  4. Clarify hosting, ongoing support, third-party fees, change requests and payment terms.

Review before you share.

Your document should reflect your actual products, prices and agreement. Templates are editable starting points. Check the details and contact the recipient directly to confirm next steps.

Free exports do not require an account. Sign in when you want to save your work and return to it.

Questions about the tool

Can I create a quotation without signing up?

Yes. Enter your business, client, items and terms, then download a PDF. An account is only needed to save work.

What is the difference between a quotation and a proposal?

A quotation focuses on items and prices. A proposal adds a project overview, scope, deliverables and timeline. You can create either in the same editor.

Can I quote clients outside India?

You can create documents in INR, USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD and AED. Prices are entered in the currency you choose; the tool does not convert exchange rates. Quotes Pro checkout is billed in INR.

How do client links work?

Quotes Pro creates a private link to a saved document version. Clients can download it and express interest in proceeding or declining. Links expire, can be revoked and require an active Pro plan.

Are client responses electronic signatures?

No. A response records interest and a note. Confirm your agreement and payment arrangements directly with the client.

Does Pro renew automatically?

No. Quotes Pro is a one-time INR 499 payment for 30 days. Another purchase extends your access. Free PDF export remains available after Pro ends.
